All of the dots highlighted below should appear green; this indicates that no issues are expected.
In case any of the status dots are red, here are the common Issues:

We recommend downloading the newest version of Google Chrome, Edge. | If you're a speaker or an interpreter you must use Google Chrome or Edge. Cookies | Cookies are disabled in your current browser. | You should allow your cookies for the best experience of Boostlingo Events. |
Camera and microphone capturing | Your current browser does not support the required features for Boostlingo Events to function correctly. We recommend downloading the newest version of Google Chrome or Edge. | You should use Google Chrome or Edge. |

Network speed test | Your internet speed might be too low or your computer is not able to connect to the Boostlingo Events media servers. | You can run a speed test to check your connection.
