In case any of the status dots are red, here are the common Issues
|Your current browser does not support the required features for BoostEvents to function correctly. We recommend downloading the newest version of Google Chrome, Edge.
|If you're a speaker or an interpreter you must use Google Chrome or Edge. If you're an audience member you can use other browsers, though we recommend Chrome and Edge.
|Cookies are disabled in your current browser.
|You should allow your cookies for the best experience of BoostEvents.
|Camera and microphone capturing
|Your current browser does not support the required features for BoostEvents to function correctly. We recommend downloading the newest version of Google Chrome or Edge.
|You should use Google Chrome or Edge.
|Your computer is not able to connect to the BoostEvents web servers. Please check your firewall settings with your IT department.

|Network speed test
|Your internet speed might be too low or your computer is not able to connect to the BoostEvents media servers.
|You can run a speed test to check your connection. The Ping should be less than 50 ms and download more than 5 Mbps. Please visit our article on Optimal Firewall Configuration for firewall issues.
