Speaker status: Broadcasting, Available, Idle and Offline

As a moderator, it's important to monitor the status of every speaker involved in the event. There are three designations you will see under "status" that allow you to track the connection of each presenter. They are:

• Broadcasting:  who is having the floor to present
• Available: who is well-connected, however, they will be on mute until they are given the "floor" and have speaker rights.
• Idle-no-media: who is connected but hasn't allowed the use of his/her microphone. Participants have to fix the issue to be able to take the floor
• Offline: hasn't connected the meeting yet
