What to do if I get disconnected?

If you get disconnected during an event, you should try refreshing your browser window. This can be done as follows, depending on the device you are using:

  • On Windows: F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R
  • On Mac: Cmd+Shift+R
  • On a mobile device: Pull down from the top of your screen until you see the Android 8 Refresh icon
