What details are needed to book professional simultaneous interpreters?

When booking online simultaneous interpreters, we require specific details about your event:

Required information (received ideally 2 weeks in advance before the event):

1. Date, Time, and Time Zone 
2. Duration
3. Languages needed

Event details (received 1 week in advance before the event):

1. Topic and event description
2. Agenda, presentations, glossaries, and other reference documents (received at least a couple of days before the event)
