How can I access the event transcripts?

In case you have configured an event with captions enabled, as the session creator you will be able to download text files for all of the speeches detected on the event, from the moment the event and AI features were started by the Moderator until the event was ended. To access them you can follow these steps:

1. Log on to the Boostlingo Events dashboard on either the Europe or USA region
2. Select your list of "Past Events"
   

3. On the right side, click "Details" for the session that had live captions

   

4. Go to the "Captions" tab
   

5. Choose your preferred format (.txt, .vtt, .srt) and language for the transcripts - You can download them locally one by one

   

While we do not use the transcript data for any purposes from Boostlingo, it is worth noting that you can always delete any transcripts at your convenience by clicking the button below - Once a transcript is deleted it can never be recovered.
