Which Boostlingo Events link should I share?

When you create an event in Boostlingo Events, different links are automatically generated depending on how participants will access the event and their roles. Whether you're hosting an online event, providing interpretation and captions to an on-site audience, or inviting a guest moderator, it's important to share the correct link.

All of the links will be shown on this section of your event details:

From there, you have the following options:

1. "Link to join event platform"

This is the full interface link, with audio, video and chatting options. It is needed for the moderator to start the event and any participants who would like to join online with of these roles. This link is also affected by the event security settings, with either of these options:

For the "Open invite setup, guest users do not need a Boostlingo Events account and they will automatically join with either of these roles

And by entering these details:

2 ."Link to Audio & Captions-only widget"

As the name implies, this will allow users to hear the interpretation audio and/or AI-based captions via our listener page. It can mainly be used for on-site events or integrations with other platforms.

3 ."Guest Moderator"

This link allows someone to manage and run your event without needing a Boostlingo Events account; this is a single-use link that must be regenerated if another person needs access.
